Starting on March 26, 2013, the Honolulu StarAdvertiser will print full-page maps of each City Council district highlighting the road conditions in each area. The first day will also provide an explanation of the pavement condition index (PCI). The link to all of the nine maps is shown below:
District 1 – Most of Oahu’s Leeward Coast, stretching from Ewa Beach to Makaha
District 2 (subscription required) – Central to north Oahu, stretching from Mililani Mauka up to the North Shore and over to Kahuku
District 3 (subscription required) – Stretches from Ahuimanu to Waimanalo along Oahu’s Windward coast.
District 4 (subscription required) – Encompasses Hawaii Kai, Kuliouou, Niu Valley and the other East Honolulu communities, then stretches west to include Kaimuki, parts of Kapahulu, Diamond Head, Waikiki and Ala Moana Beach Park
District 5 (subscription required) – Includes Kaimuki, Palolo Valley, St. Louis Heights, Manoa, Moiliili, McCully and parts of Ala Moana, Kakaako and Makiki
District 6 (subscription required) – Includes parts of Makiki, downtown, Punchbowl, Pauoa Valley and Nuuanu, and stretches west to include parts of Liliha and Kalihi
District 7 (subscription required) – Includes Kalihi, lwilei, Kalihi Kai, Mapunapuna, Salt Lake, Aliamanu, Hickam, Foster Village, Ford Island and Sand Island
District 8 (subscription required) – Includes Pearl City, Pearl City Peninsula, Waimalu, Crestview, Waipio Gentry and parts of Waipahu
District 9 (subscription required) – Includes Waikele, Village Park, Royal Kunia, Mililani Town, West Loch, Iroquois Point and parts of Ewa Villages and Ewa Beach
