The Honolulu StarAdvertiser and Hawaii News Now recently did a feature on potholes in the City and County of Honolulu (City) – see links and photos below.
The City’s Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM) organized a pothole filling demonstration by their crew and a tour of the Grace Pacific Kalaeloa Asphalt Plant. The following were in attendance:

Jon Young, Dr. Archilla, and Tim Morris from HAPI Member Crafco also spend time at one of the UH Pavement Treatment test sites with Mr. Honore discussing the research project.
