The session will cover General Provision 100 Contractor Quality Control Program of the Airport Construction Standards (AC 150/5370-10) and how it controls work done in accordance with the P401 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Pavements specifications.
The presenter, Jarrett Welch, speaks from his experiences as a QC Manager that has had to satisfy the Engineer of record.
