City meets road goals – what’s next

A major story from 2017 is Mayor Caldwell’s recent announcement of the success of their 5-year repaving program. However, in an article by Civil Beat, they report that while the City has repaved aggressively, it has fallen behind on maintenance of the roads. Roads that were paved at the beginning of the mayor’s 5-year program should be receiving a pavement treatment such as slurry seal. But are they?
