The Women of Asphalt (WofA) is excited to announce the appointment of Brittyn Heisler as its inaugural Executive Director, a significant milestone in the organization’s history with its first full-time leadership position. Brittyn brings a unique blend of experience, including her role within the Asphalt Pavement Alliance, where she championed the benefits of asphalt pavements and supported the alliance’s industry partners.
In her new role, Brittyn will lead WofA’s mission to empower women through mentoring, education, and networking opportunities, while building the next generation of leaders in the asphalt industry. She will also focus on expanding WofA’s reach by increasing branch support, enhancing its programs and strengthening its partnerships. Additionally, Brittyn will focus on bringing more awareness to women regarding opportunities in asphalt, furthering WofA’s impact in building a more robust workforce that benefits the entire asphalt sector. Brittyn will officially assume her role on January 1, 2025.
