Executive Director Jon Young, along with several HAPI members, attended the GCA Construction update dinner held at the Honolulu Country Club on October 11. Presentations were made by Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Design and Construction, City and County of Honolulu (DDC), and NAVFAC Hawaii.
