Hida, Okamoto & Associates, Inc. (HOA) was established in 1987 to provide Civil Engineering Consulting Services. The company currently has a staff of 8 which includes Civil Engineers, CAD operators and Administrative personnel. HOA has experience throughout the State of Hawaii. Clients include Private Developers, City and County of Honolulu, Department of Education, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Department of Accounting and General Services, NAVFAC Hawaii and Corp of Engineers. HOA has also worked with various Contractors on Design-Build type projects.
