Owned by Cliff Mansfield, C.M. Consulting is an Oregon Corporation formed in 1990 to work on Asphalt Plants the world over. He started on asphalt plants in the mid-1970s and has worked on 6 continents in over 100 countries since then. They pride ourselves in providing knowledgeable solutions to our client’s problems, from the mundane to bizarre. With almost 40 years of experience with asphalt plants from running them to repairing them, there is not a lot he hasn’t seen and have a solution for. He have extensive experience in the Pacific from Hawaii to Wake Island, Guam to Kwajalein and parts beyond. They are available to help on daily operations, mix-design or EPA compliance or just plain making things work.
