Founded in 1934, Austin, Tsutsumi & Associates, Inc. (ATA) is a full service civil engineering and surveying company. ATA covers many types of services listed below for private businesses and industries in Hawaii and the Pacific Basin as well as various County, State and Federal agencies. ATA is an ESOP-owned business corporation operating under the laws of the State of Hawaii. Today the firm operates out of three offices within the State of Hawaii and has grown to 69 employees of whom 25 are licensed engineers and 3 are licensed surveyors, averaging 68 employees over the past 5 years.
