Asphalt emulsions are a key part of pavement preservation, maintenance, and rehabilitation. The Asphalt Emulsion Manufacturing Association (AEMA) has hired the University of Arkansas to develop three certificate programs around asphalt emulsion. These are on demand, online certificate programs that can be taken anytime, at any computer with an internet connection, with reduced rates for agency members. Included in each certificate are ten lessons, each of which contain a printable Educational Brief and a quiz to ensure learning of material. Upon the completion of each certificate, 15 Professional Development Hours are awarded. More details, including table of contents, can be found at the links above.
