KITV4 has obtained a summary of the potholes filled on Oahu so far this year, and Honolulu, Waianae and Kaneohe lead the way. Honolulu’s urban core, from Makapuu Point to Halawa Valley, had the most potholes filled through Sept. 18 with 16,346.
