HAPI Member Oahu Sealcoating & Paving LLC (OSC) is highlighted in the November/December 2015 issue of Paving Pro Magazine. We featured OSC seal coating of the parking lots at the 269-acre Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park in the May 2015 issue of the HAPI newsletter.
