The National Asphalt Pavement Association’s (NAPA) Asphalt 101 course is an introductory webinar designed to educate persons new to the asphalt business. The material in this webinar is ideal for asphalt-related company employees not directly involved in the production and paving of asphalt, as well as policymakers, public works staff, and legislative staff interested in understanding the basics of asphalt. Participants will be given an overview of materials, design, production, and paving operations.
