HAPI member Road and Highway Builders is the contractor for the repaving of Beretania Street from University Avenue to Alapai Street. The reconstruction project was stopped over a year ago due to the discovery of very shallow utilities. The scope of work has been changed to a mill and fill project, enabling the contractor to continue their work.
