HDOT Section 401 Review Mtg 01

Join Kristi Grilho (HDOT), Brandon Lima (HDOT), and Jon Young (HAPI) for a monthly discussion of possible changes to the Section 401 specification. Depending on the items being discussed, subject matter experts will be invited to be part of the panel.

Discussions will be open to questions and comments from the attendees.

– Hveem Mix Design Method and the K-Factor
– Statements like “Hydrated Lime or a liquid anti-strip approved by the engineer.”
– Requirement: Submit for review the means and methods that will be used to install longitudinal joints at the required compaction and density.
