Summary
As a Construction Claims Specialist, your primary responsibility is to manage and resolve claims arising during construction projects. - Provide leadership to energy programs and projects from initiation to construction.
- Collaborate with design teams for the successful execution of various projects.
- Read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Landscape drawings.
- Manage contractors for ongoing maintenance of existing solar and storage systems, as well as software/data systems.
- Develop scopes of work for new project developments.
- Perform site and equipment audits for design and engineering.
- Interface and report to key stakeholders.
- Respond to RFI and change order requests.
- Oversee project commissioning and final reporting.
- Draft procurement and contract documents.
- Ensure programming and projects are trending on schedule and on budget.

• Utilize scheduling tools to develop and maintain Baseline Schedules, coordinating input from all stakeholders
• Perform Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis
• Provide management with timely, informed, and up-to-date project schedule information including trends and forecasts progress, schedule and planning input to the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly project reports
• Identify and communicate opportunities/alternatives to schedule in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Communicate schedule deviations and projected impacts to project/program teams and assist in the preparation of Change Notices/Management of Change documents, as required
