The Hawai'i Asphalt Paving Industry (HAPI)
This Guide is a product of the Hawai'i Asphalt Paving Industry (HAPI) and its members. For the original Guide published in 2003 HAPI members John Romanowski, Randall Matsumoto and Lisa Economy were instrumental in its production. For this 2012 update, Executive Director Jon Young was instrumental. In all, HAPI's combined vision, commitment and effort provided the impetus and support for its development and production.
