The State Asphalt Pavement Associations (SAPA) conducted their annual winter meeting on the Friday (January 20th) before the NAPA meeting at Marco Island, Florida . The morning half of the meeting were updates from NAPA, the Asphalt Institute, and the Asphalt Pavement Alliance. The afternoon was spent on SAPA business.
The 2019 SAPA officers were announced:
– Chair: Ashley Batson, South Carolina
– Vice-Chair: Larry Patrick, Oklahoma
– Secretary: Bruce Barkevich, New York
– Treasurer: Kevin Monaco, New Jersey
